The staff is efficient and excellent, providing top-notch service. the accommodations are luxurious and impeccably clean. the room features a dining area, a seating area, and a writing table, adding to the comfort. There are plenty of appetizing meal options available. the stunning location is just 1 km from the city center and 0.5 km from London Heathrow Airport.

Very very nice staff, suggested places to visit. The location of the hotel was good and amazing, on the ski bus to the glacier...

Hotel was perfectly clean and MODERN with affable staff and marvellous location down off slopes. Location: the venue was just next door to Kaprun center and Kitzsteinhorn, adjacent restaurant offering plenty of choice- very willing to cater for special diets, and the ski lift.

I appreciated this relaxing and stylish place, where I stayed for 4 nights. it was spotlessly clean and featured a lovely terrace. the location was particularly good, and the staff was efficient. Being just 10 minutes on foot to Heathrow terminals 2 & 3 underground was a big plus. the food was incredible, and I have nothing but great memories from this trip.

Modern accommodation with a lovely setting near a restaurant and the outskirts of Kaprun. the hotel rooms are perfectly clean and feature a terrace. Bonus points for the electronic key card, work desk, and TV. A pleasant stay, as always.

Delicious breakfast to kick off the day, design of the king room was impressive, great location in the heart of town near a restaurant and attractions.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The stylish rooms and family-feel atmosphere made me feel welcome. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food at the nearby restaurant was great. I loved the fine view from my room, and the spa area with saunas was very comfortable.

All was perfect.

Amazing spa, including multiple types of saunas and an open-air hot swimming pool. Perfect to relax after an intense day of activities. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the location, close to restaurants, shops, and with easy access to public transportation.

The bedroom was a bit outdated and needed some renovation. In addition, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was not very strong and kept disconnecting, which made it difficult to stay connected. the hotel was a nice option for those looking for relaxation and good food, but some areas could use improvement.

The location of this hotel was prime, with easy access to the mountain for skiing or snowboarding. the room was comfortable and had a great view of the beautiful surroundings. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from to start the day off right.

The location is slightly inconvenient, requiring a 10-minute walk to reach the town center.
